ABL’s vinyl seawall supplier does not cut corners. A superior vinyl seawall begins with the section of high-grade rigid vinyl. This material is then mono-extruded into an optimal “Z” shaped profile. ABL’s manufacturer provides several different profiles to meet a wide range of applications.

Mono-extrusion is a “pro-customer” manufacturing process because the material found on the face of the profile is the same material that is found at its core. Quality material is found throughout the product. Competitive products are made by laminating an inferior material with a paper-thin weatherable coating. This cost-cutting technique is called “co-extrusion”. Mono-extrusion is one reason why our product is completely backed with a non-prorated, transferable lifetime warranty.
